Trelli Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders
All Trelli products are currently offered on a pre-order basis. Orders placed at this time will ship April 14, 2026. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Timeline
Orders will begin shipping once our products are in stock at our fulfillment center. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times shown at checkout reflect carrier estimates and apply only after your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the option selected at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Carrier Delays and Risk of Loss
All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Trelli is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, or events outside our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Trelli is not responsible for mis-deliveries, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@trelli.health so we can assist you. Order issues will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
