30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If Relivaid, or any other Trelli product, did not work for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To start a request, contact orders@trelli.health with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Whether a physical return is required is at Trelli's discretion. In some cases we may issue your refund without asking you to send anything back. If we do require a return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of that label along with original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products, less these shipping costs, once the returned goods arrive at our facility.
If your order included more than one bottle, any unopened bottles must be returned before your refund is issued. Once we receive them, we will refund the full purchase price of your order, less shipping costs as described above.
Order Issues
If you experience an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or damage incurred during transit, please contact orders@trelli.health so we may assist you. Issues related to shipment errors or damage will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Pre-Order Cancellations
If a product is offered for pre-order, customers may cancel at any time before fulfillment begins, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. To request a cancellation, contact orders@trelli.health with your order number and the email used at checkout.
